Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Apollo Shades website and your requests for quotes, consultations, samples, products and installation services. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Quotes, pricing and configurator

Prices shown online and in quotes are estimates based on the information provided, including measurements, product options and installation requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote or order confirmation.

Visualizations and room previews are illustrative. Actual fabric color, texture and transparency can vary with lighting, screen settings and production dye lots; we recommend ordering samples before purchase.

Measurements

If you provide your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy. Products made to customer-supplied measurements are produced to those dimensions. When Apollo performs the measurement, we are responsible for measurement accuracy.

Custom orders, changes and cancellations

Window treatments are custom made to order. Once production begins, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Deposits, payment terms and any cancellation fees are stated in your quote or order confirmation.

Installation

Installation dates are scheduled with you and may be affected by site conditions, building access and product availability. You agree to provide safe access to the installation area and to inform us of any building requirements in advance.

Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty terms provided with your order and by applicable manufacturer warranties for motors and components. Warranties do not cover misuse, improper care, normal wear, or damage caused by others.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts in your order.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Site content, images and designs are owned by Apollo Shades or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apollo Shades is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
