Architectural & Oversized Shade Solutions
The Standard Roller Motor is designed for standard-size roller shades, up to 96" wide on eligible configurations. It is not the upper limit of what Apollo can build.
Apollo can support oversized roller shades up to approximately 150" wide × 150" high on eligible fabric, tube, motor and hardware combinations. The final size depends on fabric weight, railroadability, tube deflection, motor torque and mounting conditions, and specialized architectural systems are available for larger openings.
Lutron WIDR Systems
Lutron WIDR systems use larger, stronger roller-tube cross-sections to reduce deflection on very wide shades and can support spans up to approximately 18 ft on eligible Lutron configurations.
- WIDR is Lutron technology; its spans and limits are Lutron specifications, not a general Apollo specification.
- We offer Lutron systems through our partnership and confirm eligibility for each opening.
