Do motorized shades need new wiring in an NYC apartment?

Not necessarily. Rechargeable battery motors need no wiring, which suits finished apartments. Hardwired motors are a good option during renovations or new construction.

Can motorized shades cover very wide windows?

Yes, within the limits of the shade system and fabric. For wide spans we may recommend splitting the opening into multiple shades that move together as a group.

Do you work in co-ops and condos?
